Silage Balers Corn Crusher Series 9RS 1000

Statpack Industries provides heavy-duty agricultural processing and packaging machinery—including the Series 9RS 1000 Corn Crusher and high-efficiency Silage Balers—to optimize livestock feed preparation and preservation, built for durability and high throughput, the 9RS 1000 series employs robust crushing technology to rub, crush, and shred corn stalks into fine, digestible fodder, automated silage baling systems then compact and wrap the material to boost anaerobic fermentation, prevent spoilage, and preserve peak nutritional value across East Africa, Statpack Industries supports these agricultural systems through its regional distribution network, delivering hands-on technical installation, operator training, locally stocked spare parts, and dependable maintenance to keep commercial farms and dairy enterprises operating without interruption.

Features & Characteristics

  • Dual-Inlet Multi-Functionality: Features dedicated feeding ports for both soft/coarse forage (corn stalks, straw, Napier grass) and hard grains (corn, soybeans, wheat).
  • High-Speed Rotating Blade Assemblies: Utilizes high-strength alloy blades and hammer mills that cut, crush, and pulp materials into fine 2–3 mm textures for high digestibility.
  • Flexible Power Options: Supports single-phase or three-phase electric motors with copper windings, as well as diesel/petrol engines for remote field operations.
  • Optional Cyclone Collector: Can be fitted with a cyclone dust/air separator to make feed collection cleaner and minimize dust waste.
  • Durable Construction: Built with heavy-duty steel framing and wear-resistant cast iron components to handle high continuous throughput.
  • Silage Pre-Processing Synergy: Shreds corn stover into ideal uniform lengths for dense compaction before entering automatic silage baling and film-wrapping machinery.

Applications & Usage

  • Fresh & Dry Silage Processing: Kneads and chops fresh corn stalks, green grasses, Napier grass, sorghum, and alfalfa into fine, uniform textures (2–3 mm) optimized for easy compaction in silage balers and airtight anaerobic fermentation.
  • Crop Residue Shredding: Pulverizes dry agricultural crop waste—such as wheat straw, rice straw, peanut vines, and corn husks—into digestible roughage or bed ding materials.
  • Grain Milling & Feed Mixing: Grinds whole grains (corn, wheat, barley, soybeans) into a fine meal, allowing farmers to easily mix energy-dense grains directly into crushed roughage for total mixed rations (TMR).
  • Livestock Feed Preparation: Tailors particle size for diverse farm animals, including cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, and poultry (chickens, ducks, geese).
  • Pre-Baling Preparation: Prepares crushed forage to feed directly into automatic silage baling and film-wrapping machinery for long-term storage and commercial resale.
