Features & Characteristics

  • Dual-Inlet Design (Grass & Grain): Equipped with a conveyor-fed main inlet for long forage (corn stalks, Napier grass, alfalfa) and an upper feed hopper for grains (corn kernels, wheat, soybeans).
  • Integrated Pulping & Milling: High-speed blade assemblies crush and pulp green forage into a soft, uniform 2–3 mm output. This fine texture prevents livestock selective feeding and improves absorption.
  • Multi-Power Versatility: Can be driven via a 7.5 kW 3-phase electric motor for stationary farm use or a 15 HP diesel engine for off-grid and field operations.
  • High-Throughput Conveyor Feeding: Features an automated feeding chain/belt that draws stalks evenly into the cutting chamber to prevent clogging.
  • Broad Material Compatibility: Effectively processes fresh/dry corn stalks, Napier grass, wheat straw, rice straw, bean stalks, and whole grains.

Applications & Usage

  • Green & Dry Corn Stalk Processing: Crushes and shreds whole corn stalks (including cobs and leaves) into fine fibers for optimal compaction during silage baling.
  • Forage & Grass Kneading: Chops and kneads Napier grass, alfalfa, elephant grass, reed, and pasture grasses to improve palatability for livestock.
  • Crop Straw Utilization: Grinds dry agricultural crop residues like wheat straw, rice straw, soybean stalks, and peanut vines into soft, uniform feed or bedding material.
  • Silage Pre-Treatment: Softens thick stalks and breaks down outer plant coats, allowing air to be easily squeezed out during baling for higher-quality anaerobic fermentation.
