Diptank Vacuum Packaging Machine

The Diptank Vacuum Packaging Machine is a device designed to remove air from packaging to preserve freshness and extend shelf life of food products. It features a vacuum pump that creates a tight seal around the items, preventing oxidation, spoilage, and contamination. Ideal for commercial and household use, it typically includes a sealing bar, a vacuum chamber or bag system, and adjustable settings for different types of packaging. Its efficient operation helps maintain product quality, reduce waste, and improve storage efficiency.

Features & Characteristics

  • Preparation: Ensure the diptank is filled with water, heated to 80-90°C (175-195°F), and the automatic timer is set.
  • Vacuum Seal: First, pack the product in a shrink bag using a chamber vacuum machine.
  • Dip Process: Place the sealed product on the diptank platform. A pneumatic or manual mechanism lowers the product into the water for a brief, 3–5 second immersion.
  • Finished Product: The heat causes the bag to shrink tightly around the product instantly, creating a superior, professional look.

Applications & Usage

  • Initial Packaging: Use a chamber vacuum sealer to vacuum-seal the product in a heat-shrinkable vacuum bag.
  • Heating: Fill the diptank with water and heat it to 80–90°C (175–195°F).
  • Immersion: Place the sealed product on the diptank platform. The machine will automatically dip the product into the hot water for 3-5 seconds.
  • Shrinking: The heat causes the shrink bag to immediately conform to the product’s shape, removing wrinkles and flaps.
