The Robot Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine EXP-630 is a high-efficiency automated packaging solution designed to securely wrap pallets with stretch film. It features advanced robotic technology that ensures precise and consistent wrapping, enhancing stability during transportation. The EXP-630 offers customizable wrapping programs, adjustable tension control, and easy integration into existing production lines, making it ideal for industries requiring reliable and efficient pallet wrapping. Features & Characteristics
- Mobility and Flexibility: As a battery-powered robot, it travels to the pallet, allowing it to wrap loads of any size, shape, or weight (limited only by floor capacity).
- Power Pre-Stretch: Features a 200%-250% (or up to 300% on some models) power pre-stretch system. This maximizes film yield, reduces waste, and lowers costs.
- High Performance & Capacity: It can wrap up to 300 pallets on a single charge using 2 x 12V 100Ah maintenance-free batteries.
- Advanced Control System:
- 3-Stage Electronic Tension: Allows individual control for top, middle, and bottom wrapping tension.
- Touch Screen Interface: Easy setting of parameters for top/bottom wrap counts and carriage/rotation speed.
- Automatic Operation: Uses a photo sensor to detect pallet height, with an option for sensing black/colored film.
- Safety Features: Includes a safety bumper that instantly stops the robot upon contact. It also features a film carriage anti-falling device.
- Efficient Film Application: Features easy film threading and automatic film cutting at the end of the cycle.
- Customizable Options:
- Height Options: 2.2m to 2.8m wrapping height.
- Remote Control: For initiating the cycle remotely.
Applications & Usage
- Position the Robot: Wheel the mobile robot directly to the pallet. Ensure there is a clear boundary radius around the load for the robot to drive safely.
- Load the Stretch Film: Open the film carriage door and drop the stretch film roll over the core holder. Pull a film tail through the rollers. The machine’s easy film threading design means you do not need to manually weave the film around complex internal gears.
- Configure the Touch Panel: Program your desired wrapping parameters on the PLC touch screen. Set your top and bottom wrap counts (e.g., 2 bottom loops, 3 top loops) and adjust the 3-stage electronic tension control to match the load stability.
- Anchor and Start: Pull out roughly two feet of film tail and tie or secure it safely to the bottom of the wooden pallet. Step back and press the Start button (or use the optional remote control).
- Automatic Cycle & Cut: The robot’s touch bumper or photo-eye sensor will track the outline of the pallet. It will drive around the load, automatically tracking the height up to 2.2 meters. Once finished, an automated pin-punch or cutter cleanly breaks the film at the end of the cycle.
