Continous Induction Sealers
Continuous induction sealers are automated machines that use electromagnetic induction to quickly and securely seal containers with foil or plastic liners, ensuring airtight, tamper-evident, and hermetic seals to enhance product safety and extend shelf life in various industries.
Features & Characteristics
- Continuous High-Speed Operation: Designed to operate efficiently in-line with conveyor belts to create hermetic seals without interrupting production flow.
- Automatic Operation: Bottles are automatically passed under an induction coil, where electromagnetic energy induces heat in the foil, sealing it securely.
- Adjustable Components: Machines feature adjustable conveyor heights and sealing head positions, allowing them to handle a variety of container sizes (e.g., diameters 20–130mm, heights up to 400mm).
- Advanced Cooling Systems: Many models, such as GLOBALTEK® Continuous Duty Sealer, feature air-cooled systems that allow for 24-hour continuous operation without overheating.
- Robust Construction: Generally made from 304 stainless steel or durable ABS plastic, making them durable for industrial environments.
- Safety & Controls: Features include automatic shutdown for high temperatures, digital display monitors for speed and power, and safety sensors (e.g., bottle jam or no-foil detectors).
Applications & Usage
- Preparation & Setup: Position the machine on a production line or conveyor. Adjust the height of the sealing head and the conveyer belt to match your container size (bottle heights 20–300mm+; caps 20–130mm).
- Container Preparation: Ensure the cap, containing the induction liner, is screwed on securely.
- Power & Settings: Turn on the main switch and configure the conveyor speed and sealing power on the digital panel.
- Operational Alignment: Align the container to pass directly through the middle of the induction coil, ensuring a 2mm–3mm gap between the cap top and the coil head.
- Sealing Process: The machine’s magnetic field acts on the aluminum foil, creating a rapid, uniform seal.
