Solid Ink Continous Sealers
Solid Ink Continuous Sealers are specialized packaging machines designed to efficiently seal products in a continuous, automated process. They use solid ink technology to produce durable, tamper-evident seals, ensuring product integrity and safety. These sealers are commonly used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, providing high-speed sealing capabilities while maintaining consistent quality. Their seamless operation helps streamline production lines, reduce labor costs, and enhance overall packaging efficiency.
Features & Characteristics
- Integrated Coding: Uses a solid ink roller to print dry, clear, and instant-dry text (up to 3 lines).
- High Efficiency: Capable of continuous, high-speed sealing, making it suitable for high-volume production lines.
- Flexible Material Handling: Suitable for various materials, including thin, thick, and laminated plastic bags.
- Adjustable Parameters: Features electronic temperature control and variable speed drives to suit different bag thicknesses and materials.
- Versatile Orientation: Available in horizontal configurations for flat products and vertical models for standing pouches.
- Durable & Robust: Often designed with stainless steel bodies for longevity in industrial, food, or pharmaceutical settings.
- Sealing Speed: Typically (0-12 \text{ m/min}) to (0-16 \text{ m/min}).
- Temperature Range: (0-300^\circ\text{C}) ((32-572^\circ\text{F})).
- Seal Width: Commonly (6-12 \text{ mm}).
- Max Conveyor Load: Generally supports products up to (3\text{kg}) ((<6.6 \text{ lbs})) up to (10-15 \text{kg}) in heavy-duty models.
- Printing: Dry ink rollers, which are reliable and produce smudge-resistant, colorful labels.
Applications & Usage
- Preparation: Turn on the main power and activate the heating/cooling functions.
- Adjust Temperature & Speed: Set the temperature (0–300°C) and speed (0–16m/min) based on material thickness.
- Lower speeds/higher temperatures are better for thicker bags.
- Setup Coding: Insert the solid ink roller into the heating block. Ensure it lines up with the printing wheel, and set the desired alphanumeric type (dates, batch numbers).
- Seal and Print: Insert the bag into the feeding slot; the machine automatically carries the bag through the heated sealing bars and the printing unit.
- Adjustments: Use the knobs to adjust sealing width or change the printing position on the bag
